Preliminary Page

Prepare a title page which can be removed by the Editor before sending it for peer review with your

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. E-mail
  4. Telephone number
  5. Title of your Paper
  6. Suggest a running head for the article

The ms. will be peer reviewed anonymously.

The ms.

Send a ms. free from typographical errors. Do a spell check. Have it read by a colleague.

The ms. should not exceed 7.500 words which include footnotes and bibliographical references).

Double-space, everything: text, notes, bibliographical references.

Indent all quotations which are three lines or longer. These should be set in reduced type, double-spaced throughout.

Number the pages of the ms.

In typing the ms., use 12 pt. Times New Roman. Other fonts are difficult to read and italics are not easily identifiable.

Distinguish between hyphens [ – [ and m-dashes  [ – ]. Hyphens should be used to hyphenate words; m-dashes should be preceded and followed by a single space.

Keywords

Include a list of keywords of the content of the manuscript.

Length of ms.

The ms. should not exceed 7,500 words, double-spaced throughout, inclduing footnotes and bibliographical references. Longer articles may be accepted according to suggestions made by members of the Editorial Board.

Biographical Note

Include a biographical note of approximately 75 words indicating degree(s) held and any publication/research interests.

Photograph

Attach a passport format photograph (head and shoulders) to be included with the biographical note. The photo should be in JPG format, high resolution.

Footnotes 

Place all footnotes at the bottom of each page of the article. Type them using 12 pt. Times Roman.

Bibliography/Works Cited

Bibliographical references and works cited in the text should be placed on a separate page at the end of the ms.

Abstract

Include a summary of the content of the article of about 150 words.
