Preliminary Page
□ Prepare a title page which can be removed by the Editor before sending it for peer review with your
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Title of your Paper
- Suggest a running head for the article
□ The ms. will be peer reviewed anonymously.
The ms.
□ Send a ms. free from typographical errors. Do a spell check. Have it read by a colleague.
□ The ms. should not exceed 7.500 words which include footnotes and bibliographical references).
□ Double-space, everything: text, notes, bibliographical references.
□ Indent all quotations which are three lines or longer. These should be set in reduced type, double-spaced throughout.
□ Number the pages of the ms.
□ In typing the ms., use 12 pt. Times New Roman. Other fonts are difficult to read and italics are not easily identifiable.
□ Distinguish between hyphens [ – [ and m-dashes [ – ]. Hyphens should be used to hyphenate words; m-dashes should be preceded and followed by a single space.
Keywords
□ Include a list of keywords of the content of the manuscript.
Length of ms.
□ The ms. should not exceed 7,500 words, double-spaced throughout, inclduing footnotes and bibliographical references. Longer articles may be accepted according to suggestions made by members of the Editorial Board.
Biographical Note
□ Include a biographical note of approximately 75 words indicating degree(s) held and any publication/research interests.
Photograph
□ Attach a passport format photograph (head and shoulders) to be included with the biographical note. The photo should be in JPG format, high resolution.
Footnotes
□ Place all footnotes at the bottom of each page of the article. Type them using 12 pt. Times Roman.
Bibliography/Works Cited
□ Bibliographical references and works cited in the text should be placed on a separate page at the end of the ms.
Abstract
□ Include a summary of the content of the article of about 150 words.
